Inner City Property Management
Founded in 1998 by CEO Taylor Stewart, Inner City Property Management (ICPM) has been a key player in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Initially specializing in rentals, sales, leasing, and property purchases, both commercial and residential, ICPM underwent a strategic shift during the pandemic.
Observing the ongoing gentrification in Metro Detroit and recognizing the pressing need for market-rate permanent, temporary, and transitional housing for the city's homeless, veterans, individuals, and families, ICPM redirected its focus. The new emphasis is on providing clean, renovated, and affordable apartment homes to meet the evolving needs of the community.
